EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If in the unfortunate event you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be happy to issue an exchange/store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged altered in any way, or have tags removed, will not be accepted at the discretion of D.LUXE
  • Items selected from the Clearance section will be considered final sale, and are not returnable for an exchange/credit.
  • Items you are exchanging must be returned within 14 days of receipt of package {this allows for shipping time}
  • Items that are specifically ordered for you {Sympli In Stock, Sympli Custom Orders, any other Custom Order} will be considered final sale. 

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Please contact dayna@dluxestyle.ca to start the return process and to receive further instruction.
  • All return shipping charges will be at the customer's cost. Items shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All items must be sufficiently insured and tracked. Return shipping costs will not be refunded or credited back to you.
  • Items being returned from the USA must be clearly marked as RETURN CANADIAN GOODS. Any duties incurred due to improper return shipping label will be deducted from store credits.

CREDITS

  • Returned items will be refunded to you in the form of store credit. Your credit does not expire!
